By Train

Rinkai line

Take the JR Yamanote Line, JR Shonan Shinjuku Line, or JR Saikyo Line to Osaki. Transfer to the Rinkai Line and get off at Kokusai Tenjijo (14 minutes). /Take either JR Keiyo Line or Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line to Shin-Kiba. Transfer to the Rinkai Line and get off at Kokusai Tenjijo (5 minutes). A 4-minute walk from the International Exhibition Hall to Ariake Station, take the Yuri Kamome to Ariake Tennis Forest Station and get off (about 1 minute). Walk from there to Ariake GYM-EX (about 5 minutes) / Walk from Kokusai Tenji Station to Ariake GYM-EX (about 17 minutes)

Yurikamome

Take the Yurikamome at Toyosu Station to Ariake Tennis Forest (about 5 minutes), then take the JR Yamanote Line, JR Keihin Tohoku Line, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, or Toei Asakusa Line to Shimbashi. Transfer to Yurikamome and get off at Ariake (24 minutes). / Take the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line to Toyosu. / Transfer to Yurikamome and get off at Ariake Tennis Forest (about 25 minutes). Walk from Ariake Tennis Forest to Ariake GYM-EX (about 5 minutes)

Take the bus from the shimbashi sta. Get off at Ariake Tennis no mori Station (Approx. 12miutes) / About a walk from Ariake Tennis no mori Station 5minutes.

By Taxi & Car From

From center of Tokyo

Take the Shuto Expressway No. 11 Daiba Line. Get off at the Daiba exit. About 7 minutes to Ariake GYM-EX.

From Yokohama/Haneda

Take the Shuto Expressway Wangan Route. Get off at the Rinkai Fukutoshin Entrance/Exit. / Take the Shuto Expressway No. 10 Harumi Line. Get off at Toyosu Exit. About 7 minutes from the Rinkai Fukutoshin entrance/exit, and about 5 minutes from the Toyosu entrance/exit.

From Chiba/Kasai

Take the Shuto Expressway Wangan Route. Get off at Ariake Exit. / Take the Shuto Expressway No. 10 Harumi Line. Get off at Toyosu Exit. About 5 minutes to Ariake GYM-EX.
