COVID-19 Prevention Measures and Requests for Our Customers
Tokyo Big Sight takes measures to prevent COVID-19, and requests customers to follow the measures as below when holding Exhibitions and other events. West Exhibition Halls, South Exhibition Halls, Aomi Exhibition Halls, and Conference Tower has reopened on June 1, but entrances will be closed if there are no events. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

【Exhibition Halls】
・ Periodical disinfection of common areas and items touched by customers
e.g.) Door knobs, handrails, elevator buttons, escalator, rest table, chairs, etc.
・ Installing hand sanitizers at the entrances of the facility
・ Adequate ventilation of common areas in the facility
e.g.) Entrance hall, concourses, connecting bridge, lobby, etc.
・ Marking the floor in places where waiting queues are expected to be in order to secure a social distance
e.g.) Restrooms, ATMs, etc.
・ Installing a panel at the Information counter to prevent dispersion
・ Discontinuing the use of hand dryers in the restrooms for the time being
【Conference Tower】

▼▼ Requests for Visitors ▼▼
・ Refrain from visiting the venue if you have the following problems.
[symptoms of cold / fever greater than 37.5 degrees / strong languor (malaise) / breathlessness]
・ Cooperate in wearing masks, cough etiquette, hand washing, and hand sanitation.
・ Practice physical distancing.

・ We formulated guidelines for COVID-19 prevention to hold Exhibitions. We ask that organizers take measures to prevent infectious diseases based on our guideline and the guidelines of related organizations when planning the events.
