Information Counter
Located in the Entrance Hall, the Information Counter* provides facility information, event information, and assistance with all inquiries regarding Tokyo Big Sight. Wheelchairs are also available for loan.

To ensure a comfortable visit for guests with infants and young children, nursing rooms, baby care facilities, and diaper-changing stations are available throughout Tokyo Big Sight.
ATM
ATMs for Mizuho Bank and Seven Bank are located on the 2nd floor of the Entrance Hall.

Cash withdrawals in Japanese yen are available using major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
SIM / eSIM Vending Machine
A SIM/eSIM vending machine is located next to the Visitor & Business Center on the 2nd floor of the Conference Tower.

Workspace
Workspaces are available at multiple locations throughout the venue. It enables work and communication while handling highly confidential information. Reservations are required to use the workspaces.
Foreign Currency Exchange
Currency exchange is not available at Tokyo Big Sight.
Foreign currency ATMs are available in some locations around Tokyo Big Sight.
Prayer Room
The Visitor & Business Center has a prayer room available to visitors. It can be used by anyone free-of-charge between 9:00 and 18:00.
Please let a Business Center staff member know before using.
Smoking Area
Smoking at Tokyo Big Sight is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas outside the buildings.
