「ARTBAY TOKYO Art Festival 2023 CIRCULATION -Connecting Cities, People and the World-」 Bringing an Immersive Art Experience to Tokyo Waterfront City

“ARTBAY TOKYO” is a project that connects Tokyo Waterfront City with art. As part of this project,we are delighted to announce the upcoming “ARTBAY TOKYO Art Festival 2023 – CIRCULATION-”. In its second edition, this year's festival will take place over a period of 10 days, from September 15th (Friday) to September 24th (Sunday), offering a large-scale art event in an open space with a view of the sea. Through a variety of programs including outdoor and indoor installations, workshops, performances, and XR experiences held in multiple venues, we aim to provide all participants with an opportunity to encounter new forms of art.
