For Better Facilities and Services

At Tokyo Big Sight, in order to improve customer satisfaction, we are continuously conducting CS (Customer Satisfaction) surveys for both organizers who host the event and customers who visit the event.

We share the results of the questionnaire and the valuable opinions received from our customers in each department and continue to work on improvement activities to provide better facilities and services.
