Tokyo Big Sight organize a tour for the “Euro Shop”, which is the trade fair for materials and equipment for stores, sales promotion tools, and exhibition equipment held once every three years in Düsseldorf. This tour is attended by many people related to the exhibition industry for the purpose of researching and procuring the latest construction methods and materials for the exhibition and store design.

UFI Asia-Pacific Conference 2019
Tokyo Big Sight hosted the first Asia-Pacific Conference to take place in Japan on March 14 and 15, 2020. Speakers from various industries gave a lecture based on the theme, "Facing the Future", and the record number of 317 people from 22 countries and regions participated.
Partnerships with Exhibition Facilities and Governmental Organizations
With a view to increasing the number of exhibitors and visitors through promotional activities abroad and to exchanging a variety of information, we have formed partnerships with exhibition facilities and governmental organizations in Asian countries and are continuing to build on the collaborative relationships in many areas such as MOU. In addition, we have become a member of UFI (the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) and IAEE (International Association of Exhibitions and Events) and are working to improve our status on an international level.
