1. Leaked Personal Information
Business card information registered by visitors using "exchange business card function" in JIMTOF2020 Online has been leaked. (Company name, department, title, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, business category)

2. Background and Causes
・ On November 16, in the afternoon in Japan, some exhibitors informed Nikkei Events Pro Co. Ltd., which is entrusted with the establishment and management of the system, that "the number of downloaded business card data does not match."
・ When a program was investigated, it was found that when a plurality of exhibitors downloaded "Same hours and seconds", there is a possibility that business card information of visitors who contacted another exhibitor will be mixed.
・ The data that has flowed out is business card information downloaded by a plurality of exhibitors at "same hours and seconds" among 7532 names using "exchange business card function" on Monday, November 16. The number that actually flowed out is not clear.

3. Measures
・The problem with exchange business card function has been resolved, and we have confirmed that it is functioning normally after that. (Monday, November 16) late in the evening in Japan)
・ Along with notices of defects, we requested all exhibitors using the exchange business card function to delete business card information data downloaded on 16th, (Tuesday, November 17)
