Tokyo Big Sight Received International hygiene standard “GBAC STAR™ Accreditation”
Tokyo Big Sight received GBAC STAR™ Facility Accreditation（here in after referred to as “GBAC STAR™ Accreditation”）, which certifies that the facility meets international hygiene standard for infection prevention measures so that clients can use our facility safely and comfortably.
GBAC STAR™ Accreditation is an international accreditation program developed by experts at COVID-19 and infection diseases.
This accreditation has examined Tokyo Big Sight’s infection prevention protocols such as facility cleaning and disinfection in light of the international standards and certified the safety of Tokyo Big Sight.
Tokyo Big Sight will continue to seek the new way of being MICE facility in the new normal society. GBAC STAR™ Accreditation is an international accreditation program developed by the “Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC),” a division of the worldwide cleaning industry organization “International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA),” to advocate operating standards for facilities that implement protocols in cleaning, disinfection, and infection prevention. This accreditation is given for facilities, which their hygiene manual for cleaning, disinfection, and infection prevention meets the international hygiene standards developed by GBAC and experts.
